Finance Broker Quotes exists to explain truck, equipment and asset finance the way an operator would actually ask about it, and to connect serious buyers with brokers who can price the real deal.
Who's behind this
I'm Nathan Haslewood, and I run Finance Broker Quotes from Melbourne. I built this site because commercial finance is explained badly almost everywhere: either in bank language that assumes you already know the products, or in sales copy that quotes a rate and hopes you don't ask what sits behind it. The guides here are the version I wanted when I started looking into it. Every enquiry that comes through the form is read by me, so there is a real person between it and your details.
Before starting this site, I spent over ten years in financial services in London and Melbourne, on the digital side: building the websites and content that explain financial products to customers. That's what this site does for commercial finance.
What I do from there is check that the enquiry is genuine and that I have understood it, then pass it to brokers who work in your kind of asset. After that I step out of the way. I do not sit in on the conversation, I do not tell you which offer to take, and I have no view on which lender you should use.
What we publish
Guides to commercial truck, equipment, agriculture and asset finance in Australia: how the products work, what lenders look at, and the trade-offs that actually matter. Everything on the site is general information. We do not quote rates, recommend lenders or products, or give personal credit, financial, legal or tax advice. Where a question turns on your numbers or your tax position, the guides say so and point you to the right professional.
How the site earns its keep
When you request quotes, we pass your enquiry to at least three licensed finance brokers. The quotes are free to you and you are under no obligation. The site is free to use. While I'm building the service, I don't charge brokers for introductions. If that changes, this page will say so, and it will never change what the guides say or put me on anyone's side. We are not a lender and do not provide credit assistance ourselves.
