Why Finance Broker Quotes

Several offers, built from the same information

Most people finance a truck or a machine on a single quote. The dealer offers finance, or the bank they already use puts something forward, and that is what they take. It might be a fine deal. There is no way to tell, because there is nothing to hold it against.

Request quotes here and your enquiry goes to licensed finance brokers, all of them working from exactly the same details you gave once.

That last part does more work than it looks. Two quotes taken months apart are not comparable. Neither are two built on different assumptions about your deposit, your term, or how long you have been trading. When everyone is working from an identical brief, the differences you see are real differences in what each one can arrange, rather than differences in what you happened to mention.

One form. A short call from me to check I have understood it. Then you read what comes back and decide.

There is no chasing, no explaining your situation five times over, and no process to manage. If nothing that arrives suits you, you say no, and that is the end of it. The quotes are free and you are under no obligation to take any of them.

What I do is check that an enquiry is genuine and that I have understood it, then pass it to brokers who work in your kind of asset. After that I step out of the way. I do not sit in on the conversation, I do not tell you which offer to take, and I have no view on which lender you should use.

The site is free to use. Brokers may pay a referral fee for an introduction, which is how it pays for itself. That never changes what the guides say and it does not put me on anyone's side.
